In addition to short-term rentals, you can choose to host medium/monthly-term stays (bookings from one month up to 18 months) to optimize your property’s occupancy as much as possible and reduce management costs.
Our model provides that, for rentals less than 30 days, the owner receives the total price applied for each occupied night (excluding any costs from third-party channels like Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia), retaining a percentage + VAT as commissions that will be proposed by the local manager.
For rentals longer than 30 days, we will define a net rental fee, including condominium and ancillary expenses, above which our commission will be invoiced separately to the tenant.
